Trina began her career in finance with Oppenheimer & Co. before transitioning to executive search in 2010. Formerly a Director with Ferguson Partners in the New York and San Francisco offices Trina spent seven years serving real estate clients with placements on both coasts. Prior to founding Wright Search Partners, Trina was an Executive Director with Russell Reynolds Associates’ Global Real Estate Executive Search team.

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Trina with her husband Dan and their two sons reside in the Bay Area. She graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara in 2008 with a degree in Business Economics where she also competed as a Division I student athlete for the Gauchos on the women’s soccer team.
